  I generally stay here when in Adelaide as it is quite convenient to both the city centre and the wine district. Being a habitual escapee I don't have any difficulty getting a room (or 'cell' in the local lingo) as I can just rock up to reception and they take me in once they find out I have outstanding arrest warrants. Others may need to make arrangements with their local police. Rooms are old fashioned though; the place is tired looking and needs renovation. Getting out and about can be a problem; I recommend bringing a file or hacksaw with you.

  I had a knife stuck in my neck. But apart from this it is a great place were I made many lasting friends.

  From what I've heard the views are so good they're almost criminal, and some people even got a free police escort all the way to their accommodation. Word has it that one guy was even choppered in at no extra charge from Queensland. Often marketed as a great place to hook-up while on extended stay, the only catch is the expectation of hard labour. I give this place 4 stars, the only thing that would make it better would be if they gave better digging implements for the nightly tunnel building routines.

  Great place to catch up with friends and family. Food and service is great, the people there are a bit sketchy but all round friendly . Would recommend to all my friends.

  I love working here. all my clients are locked up. the most difficult part of the job is getting in and out. other than that its a great job where you meet all kinds of people.
