  Go in with just stress related slepping issues and get told this anti depression pill will help... i dont have depression... but yet they keep asking to come back sending the bill to medicare.

  Don't bother about this place, arranged to have the first appointment with a doctor on Tuesday... I was well on time but doctor running 25 minutes late Asked receptionist twice to call to see where doctor was and only after asking the second time she huffed off to call!

  I have been back to Hampstead health a few times now to see Dr Feroza Qazi who is very accommodating and happy to spend the time on my medical issues. I dont feel like im rushed out like some other doctors. Definitely recommend.

  I had the worst experience at this medical center with a particular female doctor. I have never experienced anything like I did the other night. I booked in for a 20 min consultation as I had three things I needed to talk about. When I arrived I was greeted nicely by the receptionist and only had to wait 10 mins to see the Dr. When the Dr took me in to her room I told her what I needed to talk about and her response was "OK, you only booked a 10min consultation so I don't have time to sit here and listen to all your problems that you just said". I was completely surprised by her response and I said "I did book for a 20min consultation" and she said "look at my calendar it says 10mins so you just decide what you want done and you will have to come back later for the other things". I couldn't believe the way she was talking to me. I again said can you please check because I know I booked 20 mins. She said "look you are just wasting time now talking" she called the receptionist in and the receptionist actually remembered when I booked the 20min consultation and she told the Dr, that I did book in for 20mins. The doctor said well it doesn't show it in my calendar. The receptionist said to the Dr if you like I can ask your next patient who is waiting if she can just wait another 10mins as I know I booked her in for 20mins. The Dr said No I don't feel comfortable doing that and said that I ruined her day now. After she said that, I said, that's fine, I don't want this Dr to see me at all anymore and I walked out. The receptionist came with me and apologized by the way the Dr spoke to me and asked if she could make another appointment for me with another doctor. The receptionist was fantastic during this horrible experience. The doctor was absolutely so rude and showed no empathy to me. Please don't see this doctor. I don't want anyone else to experience what I did with this doctor.
